Stage 2: Classification and normalization

What happens: Raw discovery data gets structured. CIs are assigned to the correct class — server, application, network device, virtual machine, container. Attributes are normalized so that “Windows Server 2022” is not stored as five different strings across five different discovery sources. Relationships to other CIs are identified and recorded.
