Enhanced the support for HP Aruba wireless controllers to now discover their managed access points, modeling the controller as an Access Point (AP) Cluster with a member CI per AP linked via a Contains relationship.

Secure PowerShell Scan over SSL/TLS
Added support for PowerShell (WinRM) scans to connect securely over HTTPS, validating the server certificate against a configured truststore.

SSL Certificate Expiry Notification
Added support for notification alerts to users when the configured Discovery Application’s SSL certificate is within 30 days of expiring.

User-Managed SNMP OIDs with Per-Tenant Storage
Added support for users to add and manage the custom SNMP OIDs directly from the application.

Accurate “Last Status Update” for Down Clients
Fixed the Discovery Client status to update “Last Status Update” only when a client is confirmed reachable, so offline clients show their true last-contacted time.

ESXi Host RAM Reported Consistently
Fixed an issue where ESXi host memory was calculated much larger than actual; RAM now converts correctly in both SSH and vCenter scans.

Cisco Switch Stacks – Neighbor Discovery
Fixed neighbor discovery for switch-stack CIs, now showing each neighbor’s Local Interface and reflecting these relationships in Network View.

MySQL Config Discovery – RAM Usage
Fixed an issue where MySQL config discovery scanned the entire filesystem, causing high memory use; the filesystem-wide scan has been eliminated.

Missing ESXi Hosts After vCenter Discovery
Fixed an issue where some vCenter ESXi hosts were skipped because the primary network interface did not have an IP address. The system now checks all available network interfaces to identify the host IP.

Cisco Access Point Classification Fix
Fixed an issue where Cisco Catalyst 9100 series Access Points were misclassified as Firewalls.

Context-Aware Column Selection in CMDB Components
Enhanced the Add Columns (Personalize Columns) dialog on the CMDB Components page to show only the properties relevant to the blueprint being viewed, instead of all properties across every blueprint.

“Rescan Now” for Agent-Scanned CIs
Added support for “Rescan Now” on agent-scanned (self-scan) CIs, with the discovery client auto-selected in the popup.

Azure Subscription – Tags Tab
Added support for a dedicated Tags tab on the Azure Subscription blueprint to add, edit, and delete tags directly, with changes reflected and kept in sync immediately.

BSM – New Design View
1. Added support for a New Design View to better represent the maps using a clustered view, along with smarter search across grouped CIs, redesigned visuals and context menus.
2. Added support for CI Overlays that surface issues (Open/Closed Changes, Incidents, Vulnerability, CI Impacted, Host Down) via an alert button, focusing the affected CI on click.

BSM – Reworked Snapshots, Export & Controls
Added Save Snapshots feature to capture, view and download the map in the PNG format (snapshots created before v6.1.4 are not backward compatible).

BSM – Switch Between Legacy and New Views
Added support for toggling between the Legacy and the New design view, with the preference saved to the user’s profile.

“Select Actions” in “View Decommissioned” Mode
Added support for “Select Actions” options for decommissioned records in CMDB, Software Assets, and Software License Keys.

Server Connected To Firewall / Core Switch Relationships
Enhanced Process Network Connections to also create Server → Connected To → Firewall / Core Switch relationships based on Default Gateway matching, visible in BSM Neighbours and L3 Network View.

Kemp Real Server Linked to Backing Server via Instantiates Relationship
Enhanced the Process DevOps job to match Kemp Real Server CIs to their backing Windows/Linux/Unix Server by IP address, creating an Instantiates relationship visible in the CMDB relationship panel.

Role-Based Access for Process Actions
Fixed the CMDB “Select Actions” dropdown so Process Job Actions now respect role-based access, visible only to users with explicit permission.

Enterprise Service Map – Communication Relationships
Fixed an issue where Communicates With relationships failed to display in the maps in certain cases.

TeamDynamix – Fetch App ID on Domain Change
Enhanced the TeamDynamix Credentials page to re-display the “Fetch App ID” button when the Domain changes, so the App ID list always reflects the current domain.

TeamDynamix – Inactive/Deleted Attributes on Resync
Fixed an issue where Inactive or Deleted TeamDynamix attributes left an empty mapping; they are now removed on Resync Metadata.

TeamDynamix – Relationships Copied when CIs Synced Individually
Fixed an issue so CI relationships are copied to TeamDynamix even when the associated CIs sync at different times.

Sync flags shown for subscribed integrations
Fixed the CMDB asset detail page to hide Sync flag fields for all integrations that are not subscribed.

ServiceNow – Picklist Values Persist After Reload
Fixed an issue where refreshed picklist values disappeared after a page reload; they now persist and can be mapped and saved.

ServiceNow Mapping – Last Seen On / Last Modified On / Created On Not Copied
Fixed an issue where these properties, when mapped to ServiceNow, weren’t syncing their values. They now copy correctly.

Cherwell Integration Feature Sunset
The Cherwell ITSM integration has been sunset from the Virima platform.

Skipped Records Email After Credential Import
Fixed an issue where the skipped records notification email was not sent after a credential import.

Sync Log – Expired Sessions
Fixed an issue where opening a sync log after session timeout showed an error popup; expired sessions now redirect the user to log in.

Business Rule Export – Unrelated Columns
Fixed an issue where the Business Rule export included irrelevant columns; it now contains only Business Rule-specific columns.

Business Rule – Full Property Set
Fixed an issue where the Business Rule property dropdown was out of sync; it now exposes all relevant Discovered Items and CMDB properties.

Report Exports Now Use CSV Format
Enhanced report exports to generate CSV instead of XLSX, to support large exports.

Confidence Level Now Available in Ad Hoc Reports for Configuration Items
Fixed an issue where the Confidence Level field was missing from Ad Hoc Reports under CMDB.

Enhanced Discovery Application Settings
1. Added “Import Trust Store Certificates” to enable importing certificates for secure PowerShell connections used during discovery scans.
2. Added “Import SSL Certificate to Agent” to allow updating agent certificates for secure communication with the Discovery Application.
3. Added “SSL Configuration” to configure and install SSL certificates, ensuring secure communication between the Discovery Agent and the Discovery Application.
4. Added “App Configuration” to provide a centralized location for modifying application-specific settings.

Renamed “Configuration” to “Auth Configuration” to better reflect its purpose of managing client authentication details.

Discovery Agent Now Registers Correctly in Proxy-Only Networks
Fixed an issue where the Discovery Agent failed to register when the Discovery Application was reachable only through an HTTP proxy.

Agent Update Now Works for Agents Configured to Use a Proxy
Fixed an issue where Agent Update failed for proxy-configured agents, leaving them on the previous version.
