2025 Highlights
📈 Meteoric Employee Growth
2025 was a landmark year for our team! We achieved historic growth—more than tripling our headcount. Key hires were made across development, support, testing, and marketing, strengthening our ability to innovate and deliver for our customers.
Looking ahead to 2026, we’re not slowing down: expect to see continued growth, especially as we expand our North American sales team and establish a new presence in EMEA.
🚀 Virima 6.1 Release
We also launched our most advanced platform yet: Virima 6.1. Packed with powerful upgrades in discovery, CMDB management, user experience, and automation, Virima 6.1 helped IT teams everywhere work smarter and faster.
🔮 Coming in 2026
We’re excited to announce that AI-powered enhancements are on the horizon! Watch for the launch of our next-gen, AI-driven Virima platform later this year, taking ServiceOps to the next level.

Your trust is our priority. In 2025, Virima achieved both ISO certification and SOC 2 Type 2 compliance, raising the bar for data protection and operational excellence.
- ISO/IEC 27001: The world’s best-known standard for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), proving our rigorous commitment to information security and continuous improvement.
- SOC 2 Type 2: This annual certification confirms our internal controls meet the strict security and availability criteria established by the AICPA.

👋 Welcoming Salil to Virima’s Executive Leadership
We’re thrilled to announce the return of Salil Kulkarni to Virima’s executive leadership as Chief Strategy and Information Officer (CSIO). With fresh perspectives and a passion for innovation, Salil’s joining marks a new chapter in Virima’s journey.
Salil previously helped shape Virima’s vision and culture as COO and CIO in our formative years and now rejoins us to drive our next stage of strategic growth. With over 30 years of experience, including senior leadership at global brands like Caesars Entertainment and Equifax, Salil brings unmatched a wealth of expertise in digital transformation, cybersecurity, and operational excellence.

When not building a world-class product, the India team enjoyed many outings, fought for a Table Tennis (aka Ping Pong) championship and endured several leadership visits (😁). 2025 was a year of camaraderie and building our unique company culture. These are the moments we cherish. ♥
