- Only submit one form per customer.
- After submitting the form you will receive an email from Virima confirming the order was received and accepted.
- Please allow up to two business days for a SAAS order to be provisioned after receiving the acceptance email.
- Once provisioned you will receive a confirmation email.
- Admin accounts will only be created for end use customers (email domain must match the customer name).
