Xurrent SPARK 2026

Virima attended Xurrent SPARK 2026 — Xurrent’s three-city series that brought together Xurrent’s partners, customers, and the wider ITSM community across London, Antwerp, and Munich. As a Platinum Sponsor and Exhibitor, Virima took part at every stop — with our COO, Mike Bombard, presenting in all three cities.

📍 Where: London · Antwerp · Munich
📅 When: June 17, 23 & 25, 2026
⏰ Time: 9:30am to 5:30pm

At each SPARK stop, Virima’s COO, Mike Bombard, took the stage alongside a joint customer panel interview featuring Mandy Silk and Paula Kirby of UCL (University College London), for a real-world look at what running Virima and Xurrent together delivers.

For UCL, the payoff came from pairing the two platforms. Virima’s automated discovery and continuously accurate CMDB gave UCL a trusted, always-current picture of a large and complex IT estate, and once that data was mapped into Xurrent,  incidents became faster to triage, and changes became safer to assess. Paula Kirby, Director of Service Management at UCL, summed up the moment it all came together on stage: “this is what we’ve been wanting — it’s come together.”
