HaloSphere 2026

Team Virima joined Halo in London for HaloSphere 2026 — Halo’s exclusive gathering for HaloITSM customers, focused on discovering smarter ways to get the most out of the Halo platform. 

As a Partner and Exhibitor, Virima was excited to join Halo for a day dedicated to helping their customers get more out of the Halo platform via real use cases, product insights, and networking opportunities.

The theme of Virima’s presence was simple: Better Together. Virima and Halo showed how the two platforms combine to strengthen ITSM and ITAM operational workflows — pairing Virima’s automated discovery, CMDB, and service mapping with HaloITSM’s service management to give teams an accurate, connected view of their environment and the workflows that run on it. 

The centrepiece of Virima’s presence was a live customer panel interview with Stifel Financial — featuring Bill Gardner (Senior IT Analyst) and Chris Malone (Manager, IT Operations) of Stifel Financial, hosted by Virima’s Mike Bombard (COO), Will Johnson (Director of Sales & Alliances), and Franco Powers (Director of Solution Engineering). 

For Stifel, the payoff came from pairing the two platforms. Virima’s automated discovery and continuously accurate CMDB gave Stifel a trusted, always-current picture of a large, distributed IT estate, while ViVID™ service mapping revealed how assets connected to the services that depended on them. Fed into HaloITSM, that operational context helped Stifel’s teams resolve incidents faster, assess change with confidence, and keep critical services available — in a regulated environment where accuracy isn’t optional.
